1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are reserved for adult guests aged 18 and over. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare that you meet this requirement. We may ask for photographic identification upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All bookings depend on availability and written confirmation.
• Quoted prices are in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is collected at checkout.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Cancellations within fourteen days incur a charge for the first night; no-shows are billed for the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. We strongly advise travel insurance.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest threatens staff or fellow guests, damages property, disregards our gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises is regulated by International law and offered exclusively to guests aged 18 and over. We support responsible gaming; self-exclusion and spending limits can be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We accept no responsibility for valuables not placed in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All material on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Vistaharbour or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property legislation.

This website may link to third-party sites. We bear no responsibility for the content or practices of those external websites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
